Lielette Calleja

Chief Accounting Technician
Lielette Calleja is the Chief Accounting Technician with Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), which since midway in 2020 transitioned to be part of the IPA Group.
In her role with AAT Lielette will champion the continuous professional development for members, recognising the need for upskilling BAS agents to ensure their skills remain relevant for tomorrow and the years to come.

While Ms Calleja runs her own business, All That Counts (www.allthatcounts.com.au) in Sydney, a leading and award-winning cloud accounting and bookkeeping firm, she will add a strong and credible voice to represent the interests of AAT members.

Lielette is a long-time industry advocate for the accounting and bookkeeping profession. She is an accounting industry leader who brings with her over 25 years’ experience in the areas of financial accounting, budgeting, bookkeeping, and management accounting. She understands the significance of broadening the skillset and continuous learning of BAS Agents to ensure they are well placed to meet the changing needs from their clients. 

Her work history in the accounting profession has been extremely diversified and she has been exposed to a wide variety of genres, industries, and systems.
